Spruce was a fast-moving fintech startup where I learned how to build a brand in real time. With tight budgets and a small team, I took on a wide range of creative responsibilities — video, photography, print collateral, the website, and even our first brand guidelines. Spruce was also where I began to leverage and understand the value in creative operations, project management tools and DAMs.

It was a scrappy, energetic environment that taught me how to move quickly, think creatively, and deliver high-quality work with limited resources.
