JPMorgan Company of Choice Social
I joined the Company of Choice employer brand campaign mid-production, partnering with our agency to complete the first phase of social videos and photo selects highlighting three employees who represented the future of work at JPMorgan Chase. After Phase 1 launched, I led the in-house creation of additional social assets for Phase 2, including motion-designed videos and carousel posts tailored for LinkedIn and Meta.
Throughout both phases, I collaborated with the design team, marketing partners, and HR teams to ensure the work aligned with our talent brand strategy and channel needs. The campaign delivered strong results, contributing to a 10% increase in positive applicant perception and boosting traffic and engagement across platforms.
