At First Republic, our client stories were at the center of the brand. Each year, we partnered with more than 20 clients to capture authentic testimonial photography and video that would appear across digital, print, and OOH campaigns. As the production lead, I managed the full lifecycle of this program — from coordinating with client relations, marketing, sales, legal, and creative, to overseeing shoots and ensuring assets were delivered cleanly across all channels.

I also selected and managed photographers and videographers from across the country, building strong relationships and matching each project with the right creative partner. I was onsite for several shoots myself, supporting both photo and video production and ensuring each story aligned with the brand’s tone of trust, warmth, and personal connection.
