Financial Center Digital Display Video Content

When JPMorgan acquired First Republic in 2023, our team was tasked with developing the new Private Client brand and bringing it to life within the redesigned JPMorgan Financial Centers. Each location included 4–6 large in-branch digital screens that needed short-form video content—high-quality, on-brand motion pieces that would play in rotation throughout the day.

I led the production of this video program, partnering closely with the banking team, marketing, creative, and our external video agency. For the first launch wave, we produced a suite of ten 15–25 second videos that introduced the new Private Client identity and conveyed the elevated, service-focused experience of the Financial Centers.

Although creative direction and storyboards were developed by the design team, I took the lead on turning those storyboards into animatics—building timing, motion, and pacing tests in Premiere Pro and After Effects. This hands-on work became essential: the videos had strict runtime requirements, and producing animatics in-house saved significant time and cost while giving stakeholders a clear preview of how each piece would look and feel.

As the point person with our agency, I managed schedules, reviews, and delivery while ensuring all assets met technical specifications for the in-center displays. The first two Financial Centers launched in New York and San Francisco in September 2024, with 30 additional locations scheduled to roll out nationwide.
