DEI Recruitment Campaign

To help foster and grow a more diverse and inclusive workforce, we launched a DEI recruitment campaign. Working with HR and Marketing, I contributed as Creative Director overseeing the project. We worked with agency partners to produce social ads, videos and photography for the website. This was executed in two major markets, San Francisco and New York.
