Each year, First Republic Bank brings together 1,000+ top sales and service colleagues at its San Francisco headquarters for an annual employee conference. My team and I led the creative design and production for the past three events.

For the 2023 conference, we adapted to new cost-containment priorities by shifting heavily toward digital creative assets in place of costly physical signage and fabrication. We also brought more of the design and production work in-house, reducing reliance on agency partners.

The net result was a cost savings of $200,000 while executing a unique and elevated attendee experience.
