I pulled together a small set of video and print examples that reflect how I approach content: starting with a clear message, shaping it for the audience, and using creative execution to make complex ideas easier to understand. These projects span fintech and financial services and show how I’ve worked in lean teams to translate strategy into content that people actually engage with.
Spruce Creative Content
Spruce was a GV-backed fintech startup focused on solar and residential energy-efficiency financing. Our customers were primarily SMBs operating in the clean-energy space. A large part of my work at Spruce involved creating content that helped these businesses understand complex financing products and processes. This included explainer videos, product guides and handbooks, and one-sheet collateral. Below are a few examples of work I personally produced that highlight this work.

JPMorgan Innovation Economy Client Videos
I partnered closely with the Creative Director and our SMB Marketing team to support the production of these short form testimonial videos for Gamma and Gridware. The JPMorgan clients were part of a campaign to promote our new Innovation Economy line of business. My role for this project was to edit down the longer interview video content into short, social friendly videos.
JPMorgan Company of Choice Social
The goal of Company of Choice campaign was to raise the firm’s employer brand reputation. Specifically, we wanted to target tech talent, early career job seekers and customer service talent. To accomplish this, we spotlighted three employees who embodied the future of work at JPMC and leveraged a social paid ad campaign on Linkedin and Meta platforms.
I was hands-on with the creative production of these assets. I collaborated with our marketing partners, and HR teams to ensure the work aligned with our talent brand strategy and channel needs. The campaign delivered strong results, contributing to a 7% increase in positive applicant perception and boosting traffic and engagement across platforms.
New Home Loan Product Marketing
This testimonial video was part of our Inclusive Marketing Campaign targeting perspective home buyers in predominantly communities of color. It featured a First Republic client, Alexis Jefferies. My involvement included storyboarding and helping write interview questions for pre-production work. I was also on location for art direction and later worked alongside our agency partner for editing.
We went on to shoot and produce 2 more customer testimonial interviews which, along with other campaign assets, helped grow client engagement resulting in a 30% increase in loan originations for our target audiences.
