I supported the full production process, partnering closely with client relations, the student loan product team, legal, marketing, and our external agency to ensure each story was told accurately, respectfully, and with the right emotional tone.

From early planning through final delivery, I managed logistics, coordinated stakeholder reviews, and guided the creative through multiple rounds of edits to ensure the videos met brand standards and compliance requirements.
