I’ve always believed the best creative work happens where three things meet — helping, learning, and creating. Those ideas have shaped not just my career, but how I try to show up for the people I work with.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to lead talented teams, build brands from the ground up, and bring ideas to life across digital, print, video, and events. My experience sits at the crossroads of creative leadership, hands-on creative work, and creative operations — guiding teams and projects from big-picture thinking to final delivery.

At places like First Republic Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and Spruce Finance, I’ve helped turn complex challenges into creative opportunities — whether launching a new brand identity, rethinking a conference experience, or streamlining workflows to make great work happen faster.

I’m as comfortable rolling up my sleeves on a design or video edit as I am leading strategy or building systems that help teams do their best work. More than anything, I care about creating an environment where creativity, clarity, and collaboration can thrive.

Outside of the 9 to 5, I keep myself busy with several pursuits. I run often and try to sign up for a few 10Ks or marathons every year. I also scratch my creative itch through photography and acrylic painting. Lately, I’m been spending alot of time helping local nonprofits, mainly by offering pro bono creative services. Please reach out if you might need my help. I’d love to assist however I can.

One of the cool things about running a record store is meeting amazing customers like Questlove!

I’m a huge movie buff with horror and sci-fi being two of my favorite genres. For Halloween, I made this chestburster alien out of a plastic water bottle.

Meeting my all time favorite musician, Moby! Believe it or not, this was the 3rd time I met him in person.

Our three furry kids: Bean, Rikki and Charlie.

Mile 52.3 at the SF Marathon. I look like death here but it was for a good cause as I was able to raise $12,000 for the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

One of my first location video shoots on the top of a 5 story college library rooftop in Durango Colorado…and not dressing for the 35 degree weather.

Tofurkey mascot I drew for an annual tofurkey trot 5K.

Trying to look cool in front of my record shop with the OG crew.

Some random abstract paintings I did during COVID lockdown

Random trivia: In high school I became the U.S. National 2WD off road RC car racing champion.

I’ve got this weird thing about me where when I go to the movies, I insist on getting the best seat in the house so that often means getting there before anyone else does. My wife likes to document our outings to the movies as evidence of how we always show up a tad too early. What can I say. I’m a movie nerd.
